XBRL Singapore (xbrlsingapore.com) is a privately run, independent resource built to explain Singapore's XBRL and ACRA financial reporting requirements in plain language, for directors, company secretaries, accountants, and business owners.
What this site is not
- It is not operated, endorsed, licensed, or reviewed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), or any other Singapore government body.
- It is not a law firm, audit firm, or licensed corporate secretarial practice, and nothing on this site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, or filing advice.
- It is not a filing platform. You cannot lodge an Annual Return or XBRL financial statement through this site — official filings are made only through ACRA's own BizFile+ portal.
- It does not claim that any figure, deadline, fee, or threshold on this site is current at the moment you're reading it. Regulatory details change; always confirm anything time-sensitive directly with ACRA.
Why we built it
Searching for XBRL filing information in Singapore mostly surfaces corporate service providers' sales pages. This site exists to answer the foundational questions first — what BizFinx is, whether Full or Simplified applies to you, what the deadlines actually are — without a sales pitch attached.
About the free checklist
The XBRL Filing Readiness Checklist offered throughout this site is a free educational PDF. Providing your name, email, and (optionally) phone number downloads the checklist and adds you to an occasional mailing list for new guides; you can unsubscribe at any time.
