This checker applies the general S$500,000 revenue-and-assets test described in our Full vs Simplified XBRL guide. It is not the same as the (higher) audit exemption threshold, and it cannot account for every company-specific circumstance. Confirm with ACRA or a company secretary before relying on the result.
How this is calculated
Your company generally qualifies for Simplified XBRL only if both revenue and total assets are S$500,000 or less for the current financial year. If either figure exceeds S$500,000, Full XBRL is the default route. See our Full vs Simplified XBRL guide for the full explanation, including why this is a different test from the audit exemption threshold.
